What else it does

Sorted without the sorting

One box takes anything. What comes out is already in order: tasks with tasks, notes under their subject, the long ones with room to grow.

The capture page: one box, and recent captures filed under recipes, ideas, books, journal, todo and papers, several with the answer their tag wrote. Give a tag a job

Write one instruction in plain English on any tag, and everything captured under it goes through that instruction from then on. The answer is saved on the item, and you can correct it by hand.

Your notes, todos and rituals live in RemainAI, not inside one chat app. Connect it to Claude, Claude Code, or any app or agent that speaks MCP, and each of them opens the same library. Change models next month and nothing stays behind.

RemainAI in your Telegram

Link your account once and the bot is a whole second way in. Send it a message or a voice note and it is captured. Ask it for your todos, today's rituals or what you saved lately, and work through them with a tap.

Read widely, publish what grows

The few sources worth keeping arrive beside your own work, as a list that ends. Any article can be summarized before you give it an evening, and the notes that grow into something can go out under your name.

The things you do on purpose

Rituals are the small recurring commitments: read a chapter, write for thirty minutes, walk before the first meeting. The whole month shows at once, so a missed day reads as a missed day and not a failure.

Your notes, as plain files

Use Obsidian? remain sync obsidian fills a folder in your vault with Markdown, a folder per tag, each item with its tag and its answer. Run it again and only what changed is written; a file you edited there is left alone. Any note also saves as Markdown or PDF, and remain import brings Markdown in.

Type remain on its own for a keyboard menu. The key is scoped with signed-by, so it vouches for RemainAI and nothing else, and remain upgrades with the rest of your system.

Questions

Do I have to organise anything?

No. Type it the way it comes. RemainAI files it under one of your tags, or suggests a new one when nothing fits, and you can move it with a click if it guessed wrong.

What is a behavior?

One instruction, in plain English, on a tag. Everything captured under that tag goes through it, and the answer is saved on the item. A tag with no instruction just keeps things.

Where can I use it?

In the browser at app.remainai.org, on Android (download the app), and from a terminal with the remain command. All three read and write the same store.

Which assistants can use my notes?

Any app that speaks MCP, including Claude and Claude Code. You approve each connection on a RemainAI page, choose what it may do, and can see what it did or cut it off from Settings.

What happens to my notes if I switch AI models?

Nothing. They live in RemainAI, not in any one chat app's history, so a new assistant connects to the same notes, todos and rituals the old one used.

How do I connect Telegram?

Open Settings in RemainAI and link Telegram. You get a one-time link that opens the bot; press Start and the chat is yours. A ritual can then remind you there at its time.

Can I take my notes with me?

Yes, as plain files. Settings downloads everything as Markdown (a folder per tag) or as JSON, and remain sync obsidian keeps a folder in your Obsidian vault up to date. Nothing about them needs RemainAI to read.

If I publish a note, is my note public?

No. The post is a copy you update when you choose. Your note stays private, and you can keep working on it without anything going out.
